I recommend you sit at the back of the boat because there is more wind than in the front although we know it is summer there was no air at the front of boat and it was a bit unsupportable. The chairs on the upstairs are just regular sitting plastic chairs or the leather bench that goes around the boat for people to sit against the railings. There is two floors on this boat downstairs is for air conditioning passengers and the upstairs is open air with a roof. There was a bit of confusion with the line and some people went in front of us. We realized that some people were coming from the hop on and off tour and were already in line to get on the boat. When we got there we were almost at the back of the line. We met at the requested time next to booth and walked over to the dock where the boat was docked. We got a free drink however we could only choose beer or a soft drink. We bought tickets on line and they told us to show up at the counter with the yellow flag next to all the shops and restaurants. I have mixed feelings about this excursion.
